The Law Office of Elic Anbar is comprised of Elic Anbar and his support staff of paralegals, secretaries and clerks.
Elic Anbar received his bachelors degree from Columbia University in 1982. He majored in History and Psychology. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law in May of 1985. Mr. Anbar is admitted to practice law in the State of California, United States Federal Court, the State of New York, the District of Columbia and the State of Israel.
Elic Anbar began his legal career as a trial attorney for the Los Angeles Public Defender. He defended hundreds of indigent clients, representing them from arraignment through jury trial. He served as in-house counsel for a medical research company from 1992 through 1993 then took two years to study law and the legal system of Israel, where he was admitted to practice in 1994. In late 1994 he joined the San Diego Public Defender, again as a trial attorney representing several hundred clients from arraignment through jury trial. In 1996 Mr. Anbar left public service and entered private practice. For the ten years prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Anbar worked in health care and hospital management.
Mr. Anbar maintains offices is Escondido and La Jolla California. He is married with three children.
